Meet Maya Warburton,
Owner of Tiffanys By Maya
Before
joining Tiffanys in Norfolk, I pursued a career in the fashion
industry in Boston, MA. I was Director of Operations for
the Gianni Versace boutique for three years and held the
same position at Ford Model Management. I then moved to
New York to work for Vera Wang at her flagship bridal house.
After two months, I was promoted to Sales Manager of Vera
Wang's bridesmaids' salon.
Upon
moving to Virginia with my new husband Tom, a Norfolk native,
I became a bridal consultant for Tiffanys in August 2003.
After quickly assuming the role of top sales performer,
I was promoted to General Manager in January 2004. And,
after a sucessful six months at the healm, Tiffanys' owners
presented me with the opportunity to buy the Norfolk store.
In October 2004, Tiffanys of Norfolk became Tiffanys by
Maya, and a new era was born!
The
bridal industry is fascinating, emotional, and sentimental.
I love working with brides and my fellow colleagues to help
every bride realize all of her dreams and visions for one
of the biggest days of her life. It is extremely rewarding
to know that I take part in making dreams come true. I can't
wait to help make your special day, a dream come true!!
